The mapo tofu was outstanding, packed with flavor and just the right amount of heat. Cozy atmosphere, friendly service, and excellent food. We tried a few different dishes and everything was well executed and full of flavor. One of those places that lives up to the reviews and is easy to recommend.
Believe in the hype- the mapo tofu really is delicious. It’s also a gigantic portion as well & the price is great. Do note that it is quite spicy- yes mapo tofu is typically spicy but I did find this to be particularly spicy haha. Mark, one of the servers, was attentive without being overbearing and just was good vibes all around. I’d definitely come back to try other things on the menu.
Beautiful but small space with amazing spicy style chinese food. I loved the mapo tofu with mushrooms and the eggplant chili. The garlic peas appetizer was amazing too.
