If you’re a cookie lover, this place is pure heaven! The cookies are everything you want them to be: thick, soft, chewy, and packed with flavor. My personal favorites are the Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter and Coffee Cake, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with any flavor on the menu. I’ve tried several of their seasonal creations, and I’m always impressed by how creative they are while still absolutely nailing the execution. Every visit feels like a special treat. I came on here for the first time the other day and I encountered Jonathan the lovely chip city employee. He made my shopping experience so lovely. I'm so impressed with the experience I had with Jonathan and Madison today at the Forest Hills location. I got out of work late, called 4 hours before store close, and had a large order for my office. Madison was so kind on the phone and took the time to accommodate my order. When I picked up the order, Jonathan was so incredibly friendly and answered all my questions. Exceptional service. I can't wait to bring these to my office.
