Very sweet and expensive cookies. They were fine but nothing special. The cookies needed salt. I picked a weird flavor. But my friends also got normal flavors and something was off with that too. The staff was friendly. Cookies were warm .

I recently visited Chip City Cookies at Bay Plaza, and it was a great experience overall. The staff especially Mariana is very nice and friendly and helpful. The cookies were fresh, warm, and absolutely delicious with that perfect soft center and slightly crispy edge. They have a rotating menu, so there’s always something new to try, which makes it even better. Will definitely recommend!
