I visited Chipotle for the first time today and was very disappointed. The woman at the counter was extremely rude. I placed an order for curbside pickup because my baby was sleeping in the car, but no one brought the order outside. After a long delay, I had to come in myself. It’s a shame this Chipotle is so disappointing because I genuinely love Chipotle and try to eat as clean as possible when I choose fast food. I actually drive all the way to the Five Towns location instead of coming here because the difference in quality is night and day. This location is consistently dirty, the staff often have poor attitudes, and the food quality is unacceptable. The rice is almost always undercooked, which ruins the entire meal. Just had a solid meal from Chipotle, and I’ve got to say — it hit the spot! I went with a burrito bowl, and it was packed with flavor. I loaded it up with rice, black beans, chicken, corn salsa, cheese, sour cream, and a little hot salsa for a kick. Everything was fresh and well-portioned — the chicken was juicy, and the ingredients blended perfectly in every bite. On the side, I had guacamole with chips, and Chipotle’s guac never disappoints — creamy, tangy, and just the right amount of lime.
