I would never come back here again. Paid for double protein via the app and didn’t receive it. Look at my bowl with extra everything, I spent almost $40 here. Look at the side of guacamole, it was brown! Never again! I am so close to deleting my app and never dining here in my life. I requested for my money back for this bs.
Wow!! The staff here is so nice!! Angel prepared my food, and did such an excellent job. He made my order exactly how I like it, and was so kind and hardworking. Carolina who helped me at the register was also so wonderful. She helped me apply a coupon, which I was excited about! I also met the manager of the store (wish I got her name) who was wonderful. It means so much that they really cared about me as a customer. It also really felt like they put their heart and souls into making me happy.
They somehow managed to serve me raw chicken, and now I feel incredibly sick. It doesn’t seem like a place where managers or employees care at all and there are no operational safeguards. I used to love Chipotle but this location has turned me away from this brand forever. I would say as far away from this place as possible.
