service was for sure unsatisfactory & they do not stock the service area frequently (spoons, forks, sauces, napkins, etc). also, the chick in the photo does the online orders; i came just as she was finishing mine & i watched her essentially throw it on the shelf. i then asked her for green tabasco sauce & without even looking @ me she put me on hold & never addressed me again. the cashier, however, was a delight. she helped me when the rude chick didn’t & had smile on the whole time. since i wa
Let's start with the good - the food is good. The checkout woman was nice. However the place was absolutely filthy. There was not a clean table/flat surface in sight. Random food everywhere and tables not even wiped down. There was no ice in the soda fountain, no carbonation in soda, and no syrup in the sprite. They were out of lemonade. There were also no napkins or forks out. I had to ask for them. The staff obliged and even went back to give me ice, but they need to get their act together. F
This place does not deserve the status of a restaurant. they serve garbage, their employees will cut off the entire line to order what they want and get mad at you for wanting to pay for your food that's sitting in your face for 10 minutes, after losing patience, and asking the cashier if i could please pay for my bowl already. this place is run by children that do not comprehend the concept of " satisfaction to the customer" or that a restaurant is a sanity and tranquil place for eating. not a
