Hello , I ordered a chipotle in a restaurant , so I don’t have the order number. That’s the reason why I can’t get support . The burrito was extremely salty — the rice was inedible and burned my lips. I asked for a replacement, but the staff refused and only offered extra rice. How it’s gonna solve my problems . The workers are really rood. Didn’t wanna deal with it
Not a good experience i usually like that Chipotle but that specific place no i don't like it u have to order online when u go there also wait time staff is good but place is dirty floor is as well very dirty tables are not clean i am not happy to go there if they focused more on customer service and hygienic environment and atmosphere might be the best but I am disappointed
We enjoy Chipotle often but tonight was a major disappointment. First impression was dirty tables in dining area and filthy serving counter top. Should have left then. Ordered a double steak bowl and a chicken bowl along with other items. Server looked depressed and didn't greet me in any way. While preparing meals seemed to haphazardly throw food into bowl rather than artistically arrange. There was hardly any meat, steak and chicken, placed into the meals.
