I’m officially done with Chipotle. I paid for a kid's meal, but since the drink station was closed, I was told I could only have tap water. No refund, no alternative—just a "take it or leave it" attitude. This location (and most on the West Side) constantly has empty drink stations. To make matters worse, the food was nearly inedible; the rice was crunchy and undercooked, and the meat was cold and dry. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Refreshingly friendly service and actually good portion sizes unlike half the locations downtown. Never got my order wrong and I order from here at least once every other week. Super clean and I never feel like I’m bothering the workers coming into pick up my order.
I love this location, they’re always consistent, my bowl’s always filled to the BRIM Ordered first time on uber eats delivery and both bowls were stacked Second time in person and it was also full bowl what can I say
