HORRIBLE portions, the person was mumbling like they didn’t understand me and seemed low confidence which i was like ok that’s fine must be new to the job, that’s fine! but THEN, proceeded to pour black beans before asking which i want, the BEEF i got was such a HORRIBLE portion that afterwards i had to go up and ask for more, keep in mind the photo i added is AFTER I had went up to ask for more they literally gave me NOTHING. the food didn’t even taste fresh, the beans looked old and watery and
Best Chipotle in the entire USA, and I’ve been to a lot of Chipotles around the country. Every time I’m nearby on my lunch break, I go straight here. The staff absolutely crush it, fresh food, perfect portions, and service that’s way above the standard. These employees genuinely deserve a raise and bonuses.
I visited the Chipotle location near Home Depot in Maspeth, Queens, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The food quality was average at best. While it was acceptable, it lacked the freshness and flavor that customers expect from the brand. However, the larger issue was the customer service.
