I came into this Chipotle at 10:18 PM, and you would have thought they were already closed. All of the food that was supposed to be served was sitting out on the counters while staff appeared to be in the middle of cleaning and shutting everything down. The food wasn’t hot, looked dry, and seemed like it had been sitting there for hours. It honestly felt like customers were being served leftovers rather than fresh food. No forks, empty drink machines, trash everywhere, dirty tables…what a total disaster. Unbelievably abusive and rude staff. They saw me taking picture for this review and got super defensive and mean. Sarah stacked chairs at 9:00, even though the restaurant doesn’t close until 11:00.
