Food was good its just like qdoba. Their menu is ok its just another chain food restaurant. Staff was polite and fast. They did lack hair nets especially on people with long hair.
Been waiting 2 hours for a pick up, no way to cancel it. I spent nearly $50, am 7 months pregnant and there’s no way to cancel your order and get a refund. I get being short staffed, the staff was working hard and were nice and I was not rude while inquiring about my order, but this is crazy. If you’re short staffed, turn off your online orders. There’s one poor girl doing all the online orders. The manager should be looking out for his staff better. Was excited to have this in the neighborhood,
So I actually really love this location compared to their hylan location, and their richmond avenue location. The food at this one taste better in my opinion, and is usually much more consistent. There was also this very very sweet girl so pretty so nice she had worked there as the cashier, great customer service. Her name was Olive. That girl needs a raise. Although sometimes with the other employees there, i dont feel very welcome more like an inconveinence, so we definetly need more people l
