I have to pay $16+ for this portion?? The photo shows the portion exactly as I received it—untouched. I believe there should be some kind of standard portion size, rather than just a "I'll give you a little if I feel like it, or a lot if I feel like it" approach.
I ordered picked up on their app because there is always a big line waiting, and I’m not a big fan of waiting on line. When I got there, my order was almost ready for pick up. It took a few minutes longer than it showed on the app, but was still acceptable. I got a burrito with plant based protein with everything and their seasonal red chumichurri. I used the promo code so the chimichurri was free. I probably won’t pay $1 for it. It was okay. Not as fragrant or flavorful as I imagined. Overall,
This is the only chipotle that I go to out of all the chipotles in New York, and every time I go there the severs act as if the food is coming out of their pocket. All the time! other locations are generous with their portions. Their customer service is very poor; you ask for more than the servers look at you with no care to put more! It’s like the put a little bit in on purpose so you can pay extra!
