I have been disappointed with my experiences at this location over the last several visits. On my most recent visit, I patiently waited for my online order, which was already running about 8 minutes late, and ultimately had to remind the staff that I was still waiting for it. Recently my steak was incredibly dry and tough. Last time and today my chicken was unbelievably salty. Place used to be fine but now after three bad experiences in a row I might have to avoid this location.
UPDATE 5/8/24 I am disappointed to report ongoing challenges with this Chipotle location. Despite previous issues with delivery accuracy, I decided to give them another opportunity. Today, we placed an order for a burrito bowl and two kids’ meals. Unfortunately, the order was incomplete, as only the burrito bowl was delivered. The remaining two items were not prepared or packed.
