Absolutely the worst Chipotle in Brooklyn. Every time I go here it’s like Russian roulette trying to get a bowl that’s actually good & doesn’t have stale rice or one thing out of stock. When I went into the store, one of the cookers was reading a cook book 😂, I already knew the food was gonna be bad, and it was. The staff get defensive when you say they messed up your order (which happened to me on several occasions) & think you’re trying to run some Chipotle Fraud Operation 😭😭 Don’t ever
I’ve been coming to this chipotle since I was in high school. I’m currently 25. I’ve had my ups and downs with this chipotle but they always did really well with my food. When I go on the line they always do it right. Online orders were kinda a hit or miss. Any issues I brought to management and they squared it away right then and there. Im writing a review to shout out the young kid on the line and while he is slower the bowl I got was better than one I got in a WHILE. Good portions, listened t
5/13 9pm staff needs to go. They put this kid that wouldn't give us the brown rice that they were saving for "delivery orders". The staff behind him were bossing him around. But he also wasn't helping his own case. He saw ppl waiting for food and took his sweet time not paying attention. He might as well had be working by himself.
