HAIR IN OUR BOWL😭food tastes good but the hygiene standards seem lacking, if it wasn't takeout we would have immediately asked for a refund or at least a new bowl...doubt we'll be going back
I just visited Chipotle 431 knickerbocker avenue. The young lady was very rude. I spoke hello she didn’t speak back which was very rude. She barely put a scoop of anything in the bowls that I ordered. If I’m spending 31 dollars for two bowls in this economy. The portions should be worth it. She was just very rude and nasty! Hire better people.
I’m disappointed with my experience at this location. I ordered a burrito bowl, but the portions were incredibly small—I barely got any chicken or even the basic toppings that are supposed to come with it. The female staff at the front are also rude they lack customer service skills. It’s clear they need better training on how to handle customers with a good attitude. The restaurant itself was also quite dirty; tables weren't even wiped down. I wouldn't order from here again.
