I wanted to try a bubble tea in LIC since it’s a good area I assume I’ll fine nice people in any store. I couldn’t be more wrong. The girls at the cashier weren’t paying attention to my questions I had to repot myself one of the (blonde hair) didn’t even make eye contact with me but I see her later being nice to other costumers. Someone drop a big bucket of ice in the middle of the floor… just a very bad costumer service.
I loved your boba (thought it was the best out of all the boba places) but you have switched your boba. They are now smaller. It made me very sad. Please switch back to your old boba. This is very important feedback. Please let me know when you switch back and I will change my rating and return as a loyal customer.
Strongly recommend their new strawberry flavor milk and tea! And strongly recommend this LIC store! The staff is soooo kind to explain all drinks for me! And they are giving out a really cute strawberry key charm right now!! The quantity is limited~ don’t miss it! I should have purchased more as this key charm is so cute and the drink is berry strawberry for this spring!
