I purchased a turkey wrap sandwich from the grab and go section to have on a flight. The sandwich was the worst tasting sandwich I ever had in my entire life. The turkey wrap was hard, dry, tasted like plastic, and was too expensive. I wouldn't mind the price if it even tasted average. Never again!
I've never seen a restaurant rated this low, but I can tell you from experience that they earned every but of it. An embarrassingly awful operation, with terrible service. I saw several people waiting a very long time 40+ minutes. When they tried to ask about it, they were ignored. When they finally got some attention, the employees were very rude. Tried the Tso's Chicken and pork dumplings. It was reasonably quick but no sauce for the dumplings and they were super over cooked. I ate just 1 of the 6. The chicken was well portioned, tasted better, and had some good spice to it. Unfortunately, I didn't get a drink because all the bottles sodas were not cold....would have come in handy with the spice .
