This review is not an attempt to bring the business down in anyway instead, I hope to see improvements. Today for lunch, I ordered the curry chickpea dish with cabbage and side of fried oyster mushrooms and I was honestly disappointed . The food is very inconsistent, there is no quality control on what goes out. Why do I continue to get hard chickpeas? It leads me to believe that it’s not being tasted because there is no way. I ordered 2 medium ital stews with yam and banana buy one get one free. They sent me 2 small ital stews with plenty of rice and a dollop of ital stew and small piece of breadfruit. Very disappointed. I want my money back and will be complaining to Uber Eats.
This vegetarian grill opened for business back in February of 2024. It’s the vegetarian spin off version of their “Cooler Runnings” restaurant, which is located just across the street from the vegetarian grill. They prepare only vegetarian/vegan food with a daily rotating menu. I ordered a small dish that cost about $9, which includes 1 starch, 1 vegetable and 1 protein. I ordered the vegetable and rice mix with mushrooms and callaloo. The food was warm and flavorful. Definitely would recommend
