There is a Bangladeshi cashier who regularly works the register who pretends to speak Spanish but he doesn’t know the language. He tries to make fun of the language. I feel discriminated when he’s taking my order based of communication and customer service which has made the experience uncomfortable on multiple visits. I visit this location 3–4 times a week, but my experience has been consistently disappointing. Customer service feels unprofessional and disrespectful at times. I always order 2
Went here 3 times during my 5 day stay in Brooklyn. The staff was friendly not only when we placed ordered in person and the delivery was quick when we placed orders over the phone. Definitely would go again.
2022 update: The place is remodeled. No more indoor dining. Looks a bit cleaner. Food is more expensive. No ac/heat. Street parking only. I can’t guarantee better food with a new look. Try your luck. Strictly to go/delivery!! Cheap but worth it food. Gets busy on weekends.
