Very disappointed with the customer service. We went there today and ordered 3 pizzas to go. When we got home, we only had 2 pizzas in the box. We didn't know if they forgot to give us the other pizza or they just charged us 2 instead of 3, we didn't know because they never gave us a receipt. So we decided to call them to verify. The restaurant is located in the Sheepshead Bay section of Brooklyn. They prepare Italian cuisine. They have tables for dining in but no servers. Pizza, heroes, entrees, appetizers and drinks are available. I ordered a plain cheese pizza. It was very plain and lacked flavor. The rice ball appetizer were mini-rice balls. They lacked any center filling. The chicken parmigiana hero was good with a well-prepared cutlet. Friendly and helpful staff.
