I’m writing this review because my experience at this smoothie shop over the past two days has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Yesterday, I ordered an açaí bowl and while I was waiting, another customer ended up taking the bowl that was clearly mine. Instead of immediately correcting the mistake, the staff allowed the situation to happen and then made me wait until after three other orders were completed before remaking mine. If you are ordering in person it may be different. This is the 3rd time I requested a smoothie and they add whatever they want without my consent. And when asked to fix it they act like they had no idea. Poor customer service I prefer the Dyckman branch
Amazing! Fresh fruit smoothies. Many fresh fruit choices that were not frozen or canned. Option to not add sugar and to add condensed milk. Yummy. Medium for $5 is a great deal. Accepts credit card.
