I had a great experience at Domino’s Pizza - 149th St & Broadway! The staff was friendly, professional, and had my order ready right on time. The pizza was hot, fresh, and perfectly made with just the right amount of toppings and flavor. The store itself was clean and well organized, which made the pickup quick and smooth. You can tell the team there really cares about customer service and quality. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
Last night I ordered here. I won’t mention what I ordered, but honestly, it had way too much oil. It was literally drenched in oil. I felt really bad and even a bit ashamed that I ate it. With each bite, oil was dripping down. It honestly felt unhealthy. I hope you take this seriously and improve the quality.
I went to this Domino’s on Saturday around 10 PM and had a terrible experience. The guy in front who took my order (the bearded guy) was extremely unprofessional. When I walked in, he was in the back using his phone and didn’t care that customers were waiting inside. When he finally came to the counter, he was very rude — the way he talked and the way he looked at me was disrespectful and made me feel uncomfortable. It felt like he didn’t want to be there and didn’t care about customers at all.
