The manager, Mr. Sahim, did one of the kindest things I’ve ever experienced in customer service. For whatever reason, my digital order glitched and the payment didn’t go through. I had ordered 15 pizzas for 11 AM for Teacher Appreciation Week. Mr. Sahim and the entire morning crew on 5/6/26 were absolutely incredible. They went ahead, prepared the entire order, and delivered the pizzas without hesitation, even before payment was resolved. The team trusted that I would take care of it later and
Have been ordering from this Dominos since it opened decades ago. Food comes faster than requested. However...quality is absolutely horrible now. WHY IS EVERYTHING WE ORDER BURNT?! Pizza is dry, toppings scarce, always overcooked or burnt. Never thought ordering a pizza could be so complicated and frustrating. The staff has no personality and act as if me giving him my money is an inconvenience to him. I won’t be back and you shouldn’t go either. Save yourself the trouble.
