I had a very bad experience with the manager at this Domino’s. He was rude, raised his voice, and cursed at me during a simple issue with my order. Instead of resolving it professionally, he canceled my order and wasted food. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. Customer service like this is why I won’t be returning.
I bought chicken Alfreda and the container was almost empty, I waited very long for my order and they didn’t even tell me it was ready I had to go ask. There wasn’t even tables or seats for people to wait
Do not come to this store. I ordered using the app to pick up from store, only because i read the reviews that stated they take two hours to deliver. Once the app confirmed that my order was ready for pick up, i walk into the store, only to be told i have to wait more time. If the order is not ready then why send me an email stating that it's ready? To make matters worse i stood at the windoe for 5 minutes before anybody even acknowledged me. I will never come here again.... i rather the piz
