I waited over two hours for my order. When I called to check the status, I was placed on hold for about 10 minutes, and when someone finally answered, I was told the order was “on the way.” Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened at this location. It seems like they are overwhelmed with customers and, as a result, the quality of service has gone downhill. I understand busy nights happen, but poor communication and extremely long wait times shouldn’t be the norm. Disappointi
Never add the extra toppings i pay for always late customer service is a joke . I probably deserve this , the fact im eating dominoes in NYC but still.
This location consistently gets my order wrong. I feel like they do it on purpose at this point. It has been really really disappointing bc I do love their pizza.
