Picked up my order soon after I placed it and sat in traffic all the way home just to find out they gave me the wrong order. Called multiple times before they finally picked up the phone and instead of being apologetic or even understanding that they messed up, they said the only option was to come in the store to pick it up or lose the item and receive no refund since the order was only partially right (legit only one item was right). Will never be getting food from this location ever again. Ab
I’m very disappointed with my experience at this Domino’s location. My delivery driver left my food on an amazon bag on the floor in the lobby of my building, instead of handing it to me or placing it on a clean surface. That is unacceptable and unsanitary. Food should never be placed on the ground. I expect better care and professionalism when it comes to handling customers’ meals. I hope management addresses this issue so it doesn’t happen to someone else.
The bad part is that I’m literally standing here watching them make pizza without gloves. The manager is touching everything around him with bare hands and then continuing to make the pizza… lol. That’s kind of disgusting.
