If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I placed an order with this location through DoorDash and my food never arrived. The app even says that their location fulfills their own online orders which is especially frustrating because you would THINK that it would be more reliable. When I was finally able to get in touch with someone they said that the order didn’t exist and I was calling the wrong location, and then in the next breath they said that it was sent out and could arrive in 5 6 o
The food is consistently good, and the staff working here seem hardworking and are doing their best. My issue is with the store’s operations and order timing. The estimated times shown in the app and on the tracker often have little relationship to when the pizza is actually ready. I’m currently standing in the lobby with around 10 other customers waiting on orders, and this isn’t a one-off experience.
