I ordered a chicken with broccoli and what I received had nothing to do with what I asked for. The customer service was terrible — I was treated rudely, as if serving customers was a burden. The place looks dirty, with no hygiene standards at all, and it honestly makes you question whether it’s even safe to eat the food they serve. The entire experience was unpleasant from start to finish. I demand an immediate solution: either a full refund or the correct replacement of my order.
I order from this place multiple times whether it is door dash or uber etc. yesterday I switched up and went to the restaurant and picked up my food and it doesn’t fail. They forget my egg roll. I called and said they would replace it. I called back today they apparently have amnesia and didn’t remember and the person I spoke to doesn’t work there.
