Dun Huang is a pretty regular spot for us. The noodles have an exquisite pairing with the broth and toppings. The broth absorbs the umami flavor of the meat, and the noodles have an amazing texture. The lamb skewers are easy to chew and generously seasoned with spices, creating a spicy explosion in your mouth. For desert we tried the sticky rice for the first time and it did not disappoint.
