I come here all the time. And one day I have noticed that they have a mouse trap underneath the counter where they make coffees and bagels. This has shocked me because I thought their service had no rodent problems, but when I have noticed this mouse trap underneath the counter as you can see in the photo where they make coffees and food! This was very surprising. This shows to me that these workers and business are unsanitary. I am very grossed out and I’m never coming here again.
Every other day I stop by this Dunkin'. The man and the lady working here are very nice and polite. There is no day they do not welcome me and my family with a big smile! They also do a great work at keeping the place cleaned and attending clients. Well done!
Horrible experience!! No one has command of the English language! My wife ordered 2 breakfast meals, we received the coffee and only one meal!! When my wife asked for the 2nd breakfast meal,the clerk began to argue and scream...I got up and had to pay for the breakfast as the clerk continued to argue.
