This truly is the worst Dunkin’ branch ever, I was reading the reviews and it makes sense now. Management really needs to hire better. I don’t want to pay money to get scolded, neither does anyone else. But the management decides to hire people who hate their life and screams at people. And since when does Dunkin’ have a no exchange policy?
Earlier today, I purchased a cheese twist bread from this Dunkin’ location. My child consumed part of the item before complaining that it was unusually hard. Upon checking, I confirmed the product was stale, and more alarmingly, we discovered visible mold inside the bread, including blue/green spots and white patches. This is extremely concerning, as it poses a health risk especially to a child. Attached are photos clearly showing the mold contamination.
Honestly, I am extremely disgusted by the way they treat people of brown skin tones in there you know ”black people” as they call us. I’ve seen them leave us and go to serve “white” people who honestly came in after us and leave us for after or last. They are very racist. Now this one they may not be racist at this one but they always claim to not have ingredients to make the mangonada drink no matter the day time or hour we come in.
