I bought a coffee at 7:30,sat down to drink it,and guy told me he's closing. I left and waited outside for someone to pick me up,and saw that the sign said open till 8pm, I called him out on it and he told me he was gonna lock the door,meanwhile,people were goimg in to order....notwithstanding that I had a cane and he still had the audacity to tell me to leave....I just cant believe someone could act like this, and treat a customer this way...
They only gave me an iced latte. I ordered 3 donuts a coffee and an iced latte. We only got an iced latte upon pick up. I left right away as I was too scared to confront the man about the situation. He looked pissed off about something & I really don’t want any problems.
Ordered a matcha latte. Drank it in two minutes. I went in asking why the whole drink was ice and only 25% was the drink. He said this was the regular amount of ice and didn’t want to remake the drink or even give me a small one. Ive ordered plenty matcha lattes and this has never been the regular amount. Horrible service
