The service Monday to Friday mornings is terrible. There's one man in particular who is rude and always gives me iced coffee when I usually ask for it without ice. I've tried to talk to him, but he's rude and doesn't respond.
Slow Slow Slow. Never any help. Whats the point of pre order if I get there see the ticket on the counter and thry do the order of those there. And it's 2025 time to update store menu.
