I was double charged at this Dunkin location on East 14th St and Kings Highway in Brooklyn. When I brought it to their attention, the staff denied it instead of checking the transaction properly. I ended up spending 20 minutes on the phone with my bank and now have to wait 10 days to get my money back. Very disappointing customer service and accountability. Customers should check their receipts carefully at this location.
Great service. Fast and smiled staff. Fresh baked twisted bagel(it was yummy at thos place). Also the croissant has amasing taste, I have it stuffed with avocado. And in the end the price was slightly better than in another places.
Cold brew for $5, very weak, ratio must be 1:20, not worth it at all. Been coming to this location for a few times, has not had a single satisfactory drink. Will not come back. Interior is outdated for years.
