There are two chairs available for visitors. Shameful. In front of me, a woman was squatting while drinking coffee. Two people were sitting on one chair. When I asked the employee to give me a chair since there was nowhere to sit and drink coffee, he refused, citing that there were no more chairs.
It’s really not as bad. This is my first time going to this dunkin and I wasn’t sure about it since I read all the bad reviews.. I ordered an iced caramel latte and donuts, it wasnt bad, the iced coffee wasn’t delicious but it wasn’t bad either it was pretty okayy. The hijab lady that people in the reviews are calling rude or whatever i dont know if it’s the same person but she isnt as bad shes okay she had manners towards me she didn’t say “have a nice day” but at least she said to tap payment
The staff members are fast and accurate, the most sincere employees I know. They apologize for every little thing that goes wrong, I don't even mind the extra one minute wait for the next to be brewed because of their attitude towards me and the job. They get the job done, fast, quick and accurate. They have the best service any other franchise could have. I would come here sometime and recommend this to my friends. The manager , is the most and I take good experience.
