Customer service was great, the staff was friendly and helpful, no complaints there at all. 👍🏻 However, the food was really disappointing. I ordered hash browns and they were completely burnt to the point where they weren’t edible. I had to throw them away. Hoping this was just a one-time issue, but definitely something that needs more attention.
I moved away from Bay Ridge over a year ago, but I still think about this Dunkin location. Out of all the Dunkin stores I’ve visited throughout New York City, this was easily one of the best. I was a regular customer and stopped in nearly every workday morning for coffee. I would place my mobile order around 6:20 a.m., and by the time I walked over a few minutes later, my latte was consistently ready and waiting for me. I'm a regular here and I tend to come here after school, whenever I do, there's this really nice lady at the counter. She tends to remember the regulars and she knows exactly what I want whenever I walk in, it seems like she actually enjoys her job because of how kind she is! She's really good at her job too, sometimes doing two orders at once without mistakes.
