Very disappointing experience. I ordered a Wake-Up Wrap with white cheddar and a Midnight coffee. I was given yellow cheese instead, and when I politely mentioned it, the employee said they didn’t have white cheddar but offered no alternative. When I asked if they could remake it without cheese, she responded aggressively, told me I could “say please,” and slammed my sandwich bag and her phone on the counter. She even told me I could cancel my order with a hostile attitude. My coffee was also w
Worst Dunkin’ Donuts. Everyone’s reviews here are legit. Time and time again this DD proved to me how much I truly can’t stand this place. The staff are not trained. Today was the last straw. I’m never coming back. I asked for one of the new flavor lattes that costed me more than regular latte, and I got burnt coffee with settlements still on the bottom. No flavor just burnt.
I had to.wait here for 20 min to get my order. But there is one person and she is doing everything. And she also rude and she did not deserve to work here.
