I had a really disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ today. First of all, I placed an online order, and when I picked it up, my sandwich was cold and burnt—completely unacceptable. I usually order a small iced caramel macchiato with two creams and extra ice nothing complicated. It’s $7, so I expect it to be made right. Today the woman filled the cup with milk. I reminded her I asked for two creams not all milk. She rolled her eyes and handed me a drink with just espresso and cream no caramel. Every time with out fail when I place a mobile order they wait until or well after I walk in to start my order and even then I have to tell them. The morning crew are way better and on top of things but everytime it’s the night time guys they always have a problem and attitude taking their time and slamming my food down
