you guys have a staff that looks lost, a long line of people waiting just to order, and then you have this guy that is no help at all because a personal call seems more important. they need to be trained. i would say “retrain” but again, it doesn’t seem like anyone knows what they’re doing
I live in the area, and have never written a review for this spot in all my years of tolerating it. I commute for work, and frankly I don’t go here enough for it to matter. I just think anyone ordering here should know not to order anything that requires more than pouring ingredients into a cup in sequence. Shakin’ Espresso? Looks just like a normal iced coffee. Absolutely love this dunkin. My go-to dunkin spot in the morning. This lady there she works in the morning shift she’s always so nice and makes small talk with me. Always makes my drink correctly.
