Coffee was not fresh and honestly tasted terrible. I ordered an iced caramel coffee with cream, and it tasted like watered-down coffee. Since it was close to closing, I asked the worker if they had a fresh batch prepared for the next morning and if he could use that instead. He said yes, but in a rude tone, and based on his attitude, it didn’t seem genuine. After receiving the drink, it was clear the coffee was old and not fresh at all. The worker was also quite rude throughout the interaction.
The people that work here are super slow, sometimes only one guy there who pay all his attention to pick up orders and your left standing there. Not very clean either, their windows need a good wash
Today was the second time I placed a mobile order and when I got there no one was there to make my order. So I had to leave and get on the train to work after spending money here for receiving nothing. You guys need to do better
