This is the 2nd time at this location, I've ordered on the Mobile App and have not gotten what I ordered. If I request and pay for two (2) espresso shots that's what I want. This is a regular order for me, today tastes like coffee was used instead of espresso. I'm annoyed because there's a difference between the two. If you're espresso machine isn't working... Oh my God, these people are so bad, they have an attitude like why customers are coming to us, we don't want anybody. I've seen many bad dunkins but this one is almost worse or equal to the liberty dunkin near vanwyck expressway. These people are just so arrogant, especially the lady who doesn't even wear the dunkin dress, may be she's the boss or manager, they all follow her in bad service.
