Disrespectful staff. Went in yesterday and asked what time they were going to start selling the dunkin buckets. They told me today at 10 am. So imagine my surprise when I’m getting calls from friends at 7 am telling me they sold all the buckets. I got there and they all looked at me like I had 7 heads and was asked why I wasn’t there earlier. I asked them why they told me 10 am if they were actually selling the buckets at opening and they told me it was because people were ordering them at 7 am.
Ordered on the app. It was waiting for me when I entered. No mistakes. Lady who called my name as I entered was very pleasant. She thanked me. The store, however, is very dirty. Overflowing trash can. Floor and counter very dirty. Food establishments need to be spotless. Or at least make the effort.
Two ice coffees & a throw up chicken soggy pouch for 20+ dollars. Have to do better than this! The coffee is so watered down you have to get a shot of expresso that’s an additional 4 bucks charge. Support your neighborhood small business instead of this overpriced corporate trash!!! And on top of that you drink coffee and can’t even use the restroom as an overpaying customer. Just a terrible outfit!
