My only complaint is that they don’t know how to make an iced or hot cappuccino. They don’t froth the milk. It looks nothing like the picture on the app. But they are quick & service is good.
Worst Dunkin’ Donuts/ Baskin Robbins in the City. Staff does not understand English or read English very well. Without a manager present the employees show their lack of training and understanding of the business they work at. I placed an online order for two drinks via the BR app. Store didn’t have any items that I requested.. the first cashier told me to cancel the order online, a quick Google search, tells you customers CANNOT CANCEL ONLINE ORDERS.. something you think an employee who has
Little guy said he couldn’t make my coffee, only the other guy throwing out the trash. Trash guy was busy & took about 20 minutes, so I went behind the counter to make my own iced coffee, all of the sudden, the little guy said he can make it for me & told me to get out. Little guy saw me standing there for 20 mins for no reason 🤦🏻♂️
