Big, fat roach crawling behind counter. Flatbush location across from b/q train. I didn’t want to make a scene because they had a full line of customers, but took this video. Never eating here again. You have been warned. And the employees never fully cook the bacon. It’s always pink/white and translucent.
This place has been remodeled, but it’s still the same employees, and they are not friendly. They always serve customers with a bad attitude, and they often forget to include complete takeout orders. The area where they hand out coffee and food is never kept clean and is always dirty. It’s disappointing that they haven’t improved their service and cleaning.
I ordered two bagels and two donuts with a medium hot chocolate.. the package was packed so poorly when I got my food I opened it everything was soaked.. I ordered veggie cream cheese with my bagels it came with regular cream cheese … like if y’all don’t have what was ordered why not communicate??? I did not ask for regular cream cheese…
