I came here at 9:20pm and they were closing up and had the door locked. There was a lady in front of me and she got her coffee because the girl knew her and the employee told her “oh pay for it tomorrow because we closed the registers”. But when it came my time to ask and order something they told me no we can’t make anything everything is closed. Mind you they told me they close at 10 they just wanted to close early. If you guys are going to have the hours listed as 24hrs but then after 10pm the workers go into the back and turn off the lights then maybe we should change the hours. On Christmas Eve I went there and I waited 15 mins for the guy from the back to come and start my order that I placed online. Also, an Uber eats guy was there to pick up another order. I hosted a tour for a group of people on Thursday and I had to repeatedly apologize for starting of the tour by bringing them here! This store was horrible! Racially profiled a lot of the people in my tour and acted extremely rude and sassy towards everyone! Can't believe a place like this is still open!
