Terrible customer service. They should never provide such attitude to paying customers. I did a mobile order and my sandwich was cold. I asked them to please make it warm and they gave me such a hard time.
The worst Dunkin'!!!!! This is the second time I have received such bad service, they are the worst in service and food. They threw my coffee and it almost spilled on the counter, no apology! I ordered a medium iced cappuccino and they gave me this! They exceeded the sugar I ordered and I didn't even know they blend a cappuccino. The measurement of this cappuccino corresponds to a small size. Obviously I will not return here and I do not recommend it at all.
