Why do I have to remind the staff about my order when it’s already on your order screen? Had to wait 20-25 for a mobile pick up order As one employee was leaving for the day, I had to stop him and ask him to let the two employees in the back know about my food order. The pace this morning was extremely slow. “America Runs on Dunkin’”… I need y’all to run and get my order out a little quicker. 😅
Terrible, I have to yell to get one of 5 workers attentions. I was a barista for 5 years so I’m more than patient. These people would look at me and walk away. The lady behind me tells me she go through this everyday, she missed her whole break because these people just talk and lose orders, they’re completely all over the place. So many people and they’re still so slow. Horrible experience.
**Disappointed with the Lukewarm Cappuccino** Visited this Dunkin' Donuts today and was really let down by the coffee—it was barely warm! For a place known for its coffee, serving it lukewarm is just unacceptable. Won’t be coming back again.
