I ordered from this restaurant using Uber Eats. I ordered two sandwiches on croissants. I asked for the croissants to be toasted and they were completely burned. They were hard and completely un appetizing. In addition they forgot one of the two drinks that was ordered. I live in the area and I’m determined to find a different Dunkin’ Donuts to order from when using a third-party delivery service again.
I’m honestly very unsatisfied and upset with the customer service here. If you’re looking for a Dunkin’ that ignores your order and just gives you whatever they feel like without asking, this is the place. The service is careless, and they clearly don’t pay attention to customers. On top of that, the food is undercooked, which makes the whole experience even worse. Overall, a really frustrating experience.
My child’s health was put at risk by a careless employee, came home to find grilled cheese order was covered in mold. I would never order from this location again and hope this review will make others aware of the shocking disregard to food safety this location provides.
