I went to the store in ordered on at the machine they have. I selected the milk and the flavor that I wanted which is 2 hazelnuts shots. It was very disappointed I pay for a flavor that was not added. They finished make my coffee they just placed it at there counter not even calling my name. Their was a guest that place their order after me they called her name to give her drink while mine still seating at the counter. I had physically went and asked for my coffee. If I could give 0 stars for Service I would Not sure exactly who the woman I spoke to was but she was extremely rude Had a online order and clicked oat milk guess it didn’t apply Realized and asked her to if she could remake the drink I offered to pay extra although oat milk isn’t an extra charge She tells me “that’s your fault not mine” and walks away.
