I am writing to report poor service at the Dunkin’ Donuts located at 267 Ave X. When I entered the store at 6:45 PM, the staff member at the counter yelled at me that the store was closed. His behavior was rude and disrespectful, which I find completely unacceptable. I urge you to address this issue and ensure better customer service at this location.
I had a very disappointing experience at the Dunkin’ on Avenue X and West 2nd Street. The service is extremely slow — there seems to be only one employee working in the entire store. I waited about 15 minutes just to order a single donut, which is completely unacceptable for a place that’s supposed to be quick and convenient. Something definitely needs to change here — either more staff or better management. I won’t be coming back unless the service improves.
Tomorrow is my birthday, and I asked for a free donut. They gave me four free donuts in two different flavors. Thank you so much, that was so nice!🤩🤩❤️❤️
